Thomas TEMPLE was born in 1694 in Coombs Lane, Wiltshire, England. (1) He died in 1775 in Pennsylvania. We are not sure how Thomas Temple got to America, but he appears in Goshen, Pennsylvania, in 1721, at the age of 27.("Kings Mountain Men") He is the third child of William Temple & Susannah Carrington.

m Hannah Taylor and Thomas Temple bp or b 1700 Atworth parish,
m Mary Jefferis. They are said to have come to PA c1714 and the Wiltshire
database of immigrants appears to support the time frame (if this is our
